The train departied Koper early Sunday and arrived in DIT early morning the next day, carrying equipment intended for an industrial real estate project in Debrecen.
The service was coordinated by Hungarian logistics company Ghibli Group in cooperation with rail operator GYSEV CARGO, maritime carrier CMA CGM, and Adria kombi, with Luka Koper facilitating port-side operations.
By this, a direct connection between the Adriatic Sea and Hungary’s eastern logistics hub without intermediate stops was launched.
Debrecen Intermodal Terminal, a newly established logistics platform, received the shipment as its first direct train from the Slovenian port.
