A key feature of the Traincademy's program is the use of modern simulators. These allow trainees to practice handling extraordinary events, enhancing their ability to respond and make decisions in various operational scenarios. The simulator training is designed to improve reaction times and decision-making skills, providing a practical learning environment for railway professionals.
