Carriages of the Sri Express Train carried by a steam locomotive

At the instigation of an employee of SRI Rail Invest, the transport of four SRI express cars (painted orange) from Stuttgart to Crailsheim (for storage) was combined with a test run of steam locomotive 23 058 of the German Eurovapor group. Departure from Stuttgart was scheduled for the morning and the weather also played havoc with this date. Due to the fact that this was a private, internal trip, and especially due to pandemic-related restrictions, unfortunately only a few insiders were able to attend. Still, it was a great event for all participants and photographers along the route, and one that the company believes will demand a repeat.
