Cargo can now be transported from Wuhan to Norway via Duisburg.

On 21 August, the full-time China-Europe freight train, carrying 55 containers of electronic equipment, clothing and other goods, left Wuhan Wujiashan railway station in central China for Duisburg, Germany. Upon arrival, the entire train of goods will be transferred from the port of Duisburg to sea transport directly to Oslo and Moss, Norway.

It is reported that this is the China-Europe (Wuhan) freight train after the opening of the direct line to Finland, once again extended to the Nordic countries, cross-border transport routes and then expand.

This new route is expected to transport time of 20 days, compressed by 23 days compared with the full maritime mode, significantly reduce the logistics costs for enterprises, will further promote economic and trade exchanges between the two regions.
